This Privacy Policy applies to the INDRUM Fleet Management Portal (the “Portal”). We collect and use information necessary to provide fleet, courier, and logistics management services and to improve the Portal.

We collect information you provide when registering and using the Portal: organization name, email, contact details, vehicle and driver data, and job-related information. We also collect usage data (e.g. logins, actions) and technical data (e.g. IP address, browser) necessary for security and operation.
How we use your information
We use your data to operate the Portal, match jobs with your fleet, manage statements and (when enabled) billing, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data retention and security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
