Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the INDRUM Fleet Management Portal you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
Use of the portal
You must use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate organization, vehicle, and driver information.
Fleet and jobs
You may list vehicles and accept jobs in accordance with the Portal’s workflows. Accepting a job creates a binding commitment to perform the job as described. Cancellation may be subject to policy or fees as communicated in the Portal.
Fees and billing
When billing is enabled, platform fees will apply as described in the Portal and in your statement. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees.
Limitation of liability
The Portal is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or from job performance by you or third parties.
